Registration Deadline is Sunday, January 28 to receive a shirt. Registrations will be accepted up to and including race day.

500 meter swim, 12 miles bike and a 5K run (3.1 miles) using our indoor pool, upstairs track and cycling bikes.

Start times:
6:30 am First Heat
7:15 am Second Heat
8:00 am Third Heat

Please arrive 30 minutes before the First Heat. Your assigned Heat will be posted the Thursday prior to event (February 8) at www.giymca.org. Twelve (12) individuals/teams will compete per heat.

Space is limited to 24 individuals and 12 teams.

Award Ceremony follow the conclusion of the 3rd Heat.

Team Medals will be given to 1st place Male, Female and Coed (must have at least one female)

Results: Scores are measured by the combined teams time.

Individual Medals: 19 & UNDER, 20 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+. Medals will be given to 1st place and overall male and female.
