Race Details |
- Race day registration begins at 6:15 am - 7:10 am morning at the race site. [*]Mandatory pre-race meeting 7:15am on race day at start/finish location! [*]First wave starts at 7:30am, for multiple waves depending on number of participants.
- Will race rain or shine.
- All fees are nonrefundable unless event is cancelled.
- Free t-shirt to first 100 participants!
- Helmets are required at all times when on the bike, including warming up.
Start/Finish location directions:
Swim Beach in Mary E Lee Park
Exit Loop 306 on Knickerbocker
Go south on Knickerbocker across Veterans Memorial Bridge
Turn right into park just past the bridge.
Enter this race to prep yourself for the Goodfellow Triathlon on July 29!

Open water swim, bike and run on pavement. Run & bike courses will be open to traffic during the event (obey traffic laws).
