Event Information |
Please join us for a day of fun at the WRN Second Annual Summer Retreat! All ages and abilities are welcome. Once again, we will offer mini-sessions including training tips, nutrition, crafts, yoga, and boot camp! Each participant will be served breakfast, lunch, and a glass of wine at the end of the day. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. (We'll provide them for those who do not have them.)

Camp Setting |
Our camp will take place at the beautiful Junto Winery right outside of Lincoln. The gorgeous facility and breathtaking scenery offer a premier location to come together for a common purpose.

Who Can Participate |
This workshop is for runners of all levels-from joggers to competitive marathoners! If you are a lady who is interested in meeting like-minded people and learning more about nutrition, training, and time management, we'd LOVE to have you join us!

9:30am- Check in
10am- Group Run
11am-Speakers- Training and Sports Nutrition
Noon- Lunch
1pm- Runner's food prep
2pm- DIY Running related craft
3pm-Yoga
4pm-Speakers- Injury Prevention, then Goal Setting
5pm- Snacks and Wine, then send off
