Mud Mountain Melee
10K and 5K Trail Runs

8:00 AM: Race day registration and packet pick up
8:40 AM: 2.5 mile walk/run start
9:00 AM: 10K start
9:15 AM: 5K start

At Mud Mountain Dam Recreation Area
Enumclaw, Washington.

Part of the proceeds from the race will be donated to the ALS foundation in honor of Jerry Arnett.

There are no refunds or transfers.

The 10K course starts and finishes at the park. The 5K starts on the road and finishes at the park. Both races merge with 2 miles left. See course map. The 2.5mile run/walk is nontimed. Course moniters will be on the course. The race is run on single track trails and service roads. NO DOGS ON THE COURSE.

10K awards are sponsored by Amabilis. The top three men and women in each age group, 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Amabilis sweatshirts will be given to first place age group winner in the 10k. Awards start after the drawing. 5K awards are sponsored by Cole Street Brewery. Top three men and women in same age groups as the 10K. First place wins a long sleeve tech shirt. 2.5 mile run/walk. No time or age group awards. Eligible for drawing.

There will be a drawing for prizes donated by Amabilis and Big J's starting at 10am. If you aren't finished by 10am, check after the race to see if you won.

Packet pickup and day of race registration will open from 8-8:45 under the blue roofed picnic building.
