Exit 157 on I-70 (Wolcott / Steamboat Springs). Follow all signs toward Steamboat. This will put you on Hwy 131 North. Go 3 miles on Hwy 131. At mile marker 3, go left on Horse Mountain Rd. (Dirt Road). Follow SAGE signs for about 3.5 miles. Drive time from Denver: 3 hours Drive time from Vail: 35-40 minutes Drive time from Glenwood Springs: 45-50 minutes

Parking will be close to the START/FINISH area. When parking fills there, we will direct you to another parking area and provide shuttle service.

5 Mile and 10 Mile Course will be on a combination of 2-track dirt jeep roads, single-track trails, and a few bushwacks. Wind through aspen groves, open meadowland, and up onto high ridges. Hilly, with climbs and decents. Elevation gains of up to 2000 vertical ft. over the distance of the course. Bring your sense of adventure!
