Registration will be available at the park on May 31, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm. A brief Opening Ceremony will begin promptly at 2 pm.

This is a 5K Color Fun Run! There will also be a 1/2 5k Color Fun Run available for children 14 and under.

Heats for the 5K Color Fun Run will begin at 2:10 pm , 2: 20 pm, 2:30 pm

Heats for the children under 14 (1/2) 5K Color Fun Run will begin at 2:15 pm, 2:25 pm, 2:35 pm

Families are welcome to bring their strollers or wagons!

Children may participate in the 5K with their parents/guardians, or children 14 and under may participate in the (1/2) 5K designed for the kids!

Teams are welcome!!

Each race participant who registers and pays before May 18, 2015 will receive a t-shirt in their race packet.

Suggestion: Race Participants are encouraged to wear white t-shirts during the race so that the colors adhere well to their clothing.

Event Activities: In addition to the race, concessions will be available for purchase, inflatables, bicycle/motorcycle decorating contest, vendors, and more!

Race Participants & Community Members: The 2015 5K Color Fun Run is designed to be a fun day for you and your family. In addition, it is the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your family as you enjoy the concessions, inflatables, bicycle/motorcycle decorating contest, vendors, and more!

Race Packets can be picked up on May 31, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm, or you may pick up your packet at the Grant County Extension Office located at the Grant County Fair Grounds on Baton Rouge Road Williamstown, KY 41097 on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm. Each race participant who registers and pays before May 18, 2015 will receive a t-shirt in their race packet.

The Grant County 5K Color Fun Run will be held at the Grant County Park located in Crittenden, KY on May 31, 2015. The park will be open for the event at 1:00 pm. Registration for the Grant County 5K Color Fun Run will be available online until May 28, 2015, and in person at the Grant County Park 144 South Main Street in Williamstown from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm on May 31, 2015.

A brief Opening Ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm, and the first heat for the race will begin at 2:10 pm.

This event has been designed to raise awareness about child abuse prevention, and to provide an opportunity for families to spend quality time together. All proceeds from the race will benefit The Family Nurturing Center located in Florence, KY. The Family Nurturing Center is an agency dedicated to ending the cycle of child abuse by promoting individual well-being and healthy family relationships. Their services and programs focus on the education, prevention, and treatment of all forms of child abuse and neglect.

All Proceeds will benefit The Family Nurturing Center in Florence, KY.

If you are unable to participate in the 5K, but would still like to support the Family Nurturing Center you can choose to select DONATE on the registration form. Each individual who donates a minimum of $30 by May 18, 2015 will receive a race t-shirt.

The 5K Color Fun Run is not a timed race, you are welcome to bring your own timing device.
