Kick the Conformity of the Saturday morning fun run with A Midsummer Night's Trail Run. It's time to step up your game, step outside the box, and run a race you'll be bragging about on Monday.

Start: Sundown (9:06PM)

Course: Participants flip on their headlamps and take on 4 miles of heat, hills, and the epic off-road course at Prairie Lake Recreation Area, located just southwest of Hastings, NE. You'll run on gravel. You'll run on dirt. You'll run on mowed pasture. Go back to the city if you want to run the concrete jungle. No obstacles, just a few hills and the little voices inside your head telling you it's too hard. No mud is planned, but we can't control the weather. If you have a fresh pair of running shoes, consider keeping them clean for one more race.

We strongly recommend a headlamp or small handheld flashlight. The later stages of the race may require illumination due to tree cover and/or darkness.
