The Lawrence Swim Team - Come join us for an afternoon of fun at this unique event! Our goal is to provide a fun and well-organized event that will benefit the Lawrence Swim Team and the Community.

Saturday, April 18, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 pm

Race Day Registration and Race Day Packet Pick-Up
Sunday, April 19, 11:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m

Arrive at Entrance 11 and proceed to the Registration Tables. Remember that all TEAM participants (both the swimmer and the runner) must have the waiver form completed by their parent/legal guardian. Parents should plan on accompanying their athlete to Registration and Packet Pick-Up on Sunday to ensure the waiver is completed.

All team relay members will also be asked to sign a paper waiver at packet pick-up. Both team members must report together to the packet pick-up area to sign the waiver in order to participate.

Enter off of the traffic light on Hague Rd. Park in designated Lot Near Entrance #11
Parking will be contained in South West Parking Lot
Enter at Entrance 11 (Look for Splash and Dash Signs)
The Registration/Check-in Table is just Inside Entrance 11

There will be five divisions to choose from- Gold, Silver, Bronze, Team (Gold distance) and H.S. Team (Gold Distance). Competitors will start the swim in a staggered format, with 5-10 seconds separating competitors. Once the swim is completed competitors will transition to the run course on the Lawrence North Campus, including pavement, and portions of the Cross Country Course.

1. GOLD - 320 meter swim and 3 mile run
2. SILVER - 160 meter swim and 2 mile run
3. BRONZE - 80 meter swim and 1 mile run

4. TEAMS - 2 person teams participate at the Gold level: 1 person swims 320 meters and another runs 3 miles. Teams consist of: Female, Male and Co-Ed.

GOLD - HS Teams: 1st place male team, female team, and coed team
GOLD - Non-HS Teams: 1st place male team, female team, and coed team
GOLD - Individuals: 1st place male, female
SILVER (Individuals): 1st place male, female
BRONZE (Individuals - 11 and older): 1st place male, female
BRONZE (Individuals - 9-10): 1st place male, female
BRONZE (Individuals - 8 and under): 1st place male, female

There will also be random giveaways from local vendors throughout the event! The event management may expand the awards based on the number of entries, and additional sponsorship support.
