Parking will be at George O Barr School parking log, 1305 5th Ave.
1 mile race starts at 8:00 AM.
Trophies for top ten runners 5 boys and 5 girls
8:25 A.M. The Star-Spangled Banner sang by The Sentimental Gentlemen Quartet
5K race starts at 8:30 AM.
This will be a fast, easy and mostly flat course with a few small hills. The course will Start at the corner of 12th Street and 4th Ave then run south up 12th and through the residential area of Silvis.
Runners, joggers, walkers and those with strollers will be encouraged to compete in the race. We do ask that walkers and people with strollers start the race at the back and let the runners and joggers start first.

Silvis Home Runner Award:
This is awarded to the first Male and Female Silvis residents to finish the race.
Top 3 Overall Male & Female.
Top 3 in each age group: 14 & under,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Kiddie Run |
Race Morning Kiddie Run:
Race will start at 7:30am in front of Schadt Park on 4th ave. All entries will have the choice to run in the Morning Race or Evening Race or they can run Back to Back in both races for one fee of $12.00. All kids in kiddie runs get one t-shirt and will recieve finisher medal and treats after both races.
Night time Kiddie Run 1/4 mile:
Will start at 8PM just before the Moon Light Parade. Kiddie race will begin on 1st ave at Anchor Lumber's parking lot and finish in front of City Hall.

Friday, August 28, 2015 1pm to 6:00 P.M:
At the new Silvis Fire Station.
Address is 2010 10th Street Silvis.
Just south of Genesis Hospital on 10th Street.
You can also pick up packet or register on day of race 8/29/2015
