All proceeds from this event will be given to the House of Hope.
House of Hope is in need of the items listed below. If you would like to donate an item(s), please bring the day of race, .
Pull-Ups (any size)
Diapers (size 4 or 5)
Trash bags (32 and 13 gallon)
Large bottles of all-purpose cleaner
Light Bulbs (60 watt)
For each item donated you will receive an addtional entry for the prize drawing.

The race route will begin in downtown Cedar Falls at Viking Pump and continue along the trails near the Cedar River. People of all ages are welcome to run or walk in the 5K event.
The 1 mile route is intended for adult walkers and school age children (6-12) who would like to run a timed mile. Children and strollers are encouraged for this fun family event. Snacks and drinks will be provided after the race. Register by June 1 to receive the reduced 5K rate and guarantee a T-shirt.
