IronMan Ice Competition NOW HAS ITS OWN RACE DAY
Saturday Sept. 20, 2014 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Individual or Two person team (male, female, coed divisions).
Still the same grueling 1/4 course in which you'll carry a 10lb block of ice up 155 stairs, run across a trail to a winding road, then hang on tight for a steep downhill finish.
Pre-registration:
Individuals: $25.00
Team: $40.00
Registration closes on Sept. 18 or when filled (cap is set at 150).
