The 5K & 10K Races will begin at 8:00 AM and have the same start line.

The 1 mile run/walk will begin at 8:05 AM and has a different start line than the 5K & 10K.

All races have the same finish line.

All participants will receive a t-shirt.

Pre-registration prior to race day is highly encouraged to receive the t-shirt size of your choice.

Participants may "upgrade" to a Dry-Fit t-shirt for $5 extra if registered by June 3, 2014.

• Dry-Fit t-shirts cannot be ordered after this 6/3/14.

Awards ceremony following the races.

The top male and female finisher of each race will receive a personalized embroidered jacket.

Medals awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group for each race.

Clydesdale Division:
Male & Female runners weighing 200+ pounds may compete in the Clydesdale Division. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers of the 5K Clydesdale & 10K Clydesdale races. Note: there is not a 1 mile Clydesdale Division

Showers & Restrooms will be available at the City Pool before and after the race.

Door prizes after the medals are awarded: (Must be present to win).

Refreshments, fruit & pizza after the race.

Water stations will be available.

Mile marker signs will be posted on the course. All races have the same finish line which is inside Island Park.
