What is a Pump N Run? |
Participants in this event will combine a bench press and a 5K race. Lifters receive a 15-second deduction from their time for each repetition based on a percentage of their body weight.
For example, a participant with a 20:00 5k who does 10 bench press repetitions receives a time of 17:30. Awards are based on adjusted time.
Event winners will have ultimate bragging rights of possessing both strength and endurance!!
