Live Healthy Team Captains, need a goal for your team?

Live Healthy, Hy-Vee and the Drake Relays have teamed for the Live Healthy Team 10K Pak.

The first 50 Live Healthy Teams to sign up for the 10k will receive (1) $50.00 Hy-Vee Gift Card and each member will receive the Live Healthy "Earned Not Given" shirt.

Rules:

• You must be a registered Live Healthy Team member as of Feb. 10th.
  
• At least one existing team member must sign up with you to receive the $50.00 Hy-Vee Gift Card and "Earned Not Given" Workout shirt. (No exceptions.)
  
• 1 - $50.00 Gift card and shirts will be mailed to the team captain upon confirmation of your Live Healthy Status. (Mailed no later than April 1st.)
