Ride Cincinnati - Harvey Harris *

My inspiration for creating "Ride Cincinnati" came from the loss of my wife, Marlene, who courageously fought breast cancer for fifteen years. She lost her battle to this disease on September 7th, 2005. My daughter, Allison, a breast cancer survivor, is my other inspiration for organizing this breast cancer bike ride to find a cure for this terrible disease.

I am an avid cyclist and realized that there were no cycling events to fight breast cancer in our community.

All of the monies collected from the pledges and donations will benefit the Barrett Cancer Center at the University of Cincinnati for breast cancer research.
