In submitting this entry and providing my signature below, I acknowledge that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically and physically able to do so. I agree to abide by any decision of the race officials relative to my safety completing this event. I assume all risks associated with running/walking (including risks to minor children if they are participating with me), including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and road conditions, exposure to pathogens, infectious disease and/or contagious disease. Having read this waiver, I and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the City of Casey and Casey in Action and all their sponsors and representatives from all claims or liabilities of any kind to this event even though such liability may arise out of negligence.
