Spring Thaw 2019 will take place on the South Sioux City trails along the beautiful Missouri River and Siouxland Freedom Park. The course is flat and fast. Water will be provided on the course, as well as mile markers.

Free t-shirt and hot chili for all participants. Sign up early for more rewards!

This year's charity will be participating Siouxland cross county teams.

Packet pickup on Race Day from 8-9:30 a.m. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
