This event is now a VIRTUAL RACE and will help unite the running community and support small businesses. Every registration will help to buy gift cards from local businesses struggling in this time of crisis. These will be used as door prizes for participants!

1) Choose from the FULL 19K (11.8 miles), HALF 19K (5.9 miles), QUARTER 19K (2.95 miles), 1/8 19K (1.47 miles), 1/10 19K (1.18 miles) or 1/19 19K (0.62 mile) - or you can go COVID CRAZY and do them all (23.92 miles - break the distances down - or do it ALL AT ONCE!) Just one price of $25 for whatever you choose. (Missouri River Runners member discount is $5 and Youth Discount (Under 19) is $10).
2) You have the opportunity to HOST another runner by donating on your race entry. We will be offering a limited number of FREE RACE ENTRIES to those experiencing financial hardship during COVID 19 through a scholarship program that is posted on Missouri River Runners Facebook page.
3) Run or walk your distance anywhere and anytime you choose: trail, sidewalk, road, treadmill, in your house or on your patio! (Be sure to follow proper social distancing and runner safety!)
4) After running, post a photo or video and share your virtual race experience on Missouri River Runner social media using the hashtag #SpringThawCOVID19K
5) You are not required to record your finish time(s), but we would love to compile everyone's accomplishments. Send your results to considine@cableone.net (by midnight on April 30, 2020)
6) When the event concludes on April 30th -race officials will mail your commemorative race t-shirt, finisher medal and door prize (if you won) to your address.

This event will run through April 30, 2020. Packets will be mailed out to all participants in early May.

Due to this becoming a VIRTUAL RACE, there will NOT be any specific awards.
