About This Event |
Fitness Frenzy & 5k will be held at TBK Bank Sports Complex in Level II Fitness on May 16, 2025 from 9am until 12pm and May 24, 2025! We will have an array of fitness classes being offered:
MAY 16, 2025
- Virtual 5K
9am - Pilates or Spin and Strength
9am-11:30am - Pickleball Tournament
10am - Active for Life
10am-10:30am - Tabata
11:00am-11:30am - Cardio Dance
- Pizza Lunch
MAY 24, 2025
9am - The Murph Challenge
9am - Virtual 5k/ or indoors
Afterwards we will provide pizza and drinks.
The fee will be a $20 donation to participate. This will include all the events you would like to participate in for the morning and the lunch. There is a chance to win prizes full of fun activities!
