Event Details

Description: Members and their guests are welcome to attend our Annual Meeting, but guests do still need to register themselves through www.getmeregistered.com to help us know how much food to order for this event since there is a cap of 125 attendees.

Our Annual Meeting offers a cash bar, hot and cold appetizers and finger desserts for our members and their guests, lots of great socializing, the opportunity to pick up pre-purchased QCWOC merchandise, our annual photography contest (photo contest prize is a 50.00 gift card from Active Endeavors), fun Ice Breaker Activity to get to know our club members better, lots of free raffle giveaway items for our members and their guests, the election of our 2025 board members, 3 Big Raffle Items, and the Announcement of our Little Trip for next year.

Once we make back the money that our club paid to purchase a Collapsible Wagon full of Outdoor Goodies and 2 sets of Dutch Ovens complete with a recipe book, and burn proof/cut proof gloves, all additional money collected from our Big Raffle Items will be donated to our Charity of Choice this year, which is The Gray Matters Collective which is a mental health organization that has chapters in many of our Quad City high schools and colleges. They also have support groups for women, men, and first responders.

You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance for a Collapsible Wagon full of Outdoor Goodies including the following items: North Face Six Person Tent, Coleman Three burner stove, Lander Lantern with charging hub, Coleman camp chair, Nomatix camp blanket, Nomatix camp towel, camp sink, campfire card deck, and long handled lighter. (Value 945.00)

You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance for two sets of a Dutch ovens, which are cast iron and pre-seasoned, a Dutch oven recipe book, and a set of burn proof and cut proof gloves (Value 100.00 for each set)

This is a QCWOC member event only.

Travel Arrangements: Everyone will meet individually or carpool with other members at 5:30 pm at CityView Celebrations in Moline, IL.
