Members and their guests are welcome to attend our Annual Meeting, but all members AND guests need to each be registered through getmeregistered.com. See instructions below.

Our Annual Meeting offers a cash bar, hot and cold appetizers and finger desserts for our members and their guests, lots of great socializing, the opportunity to pick up pre-purchased QCWOC merchandise, our annual photography contest (photo contest prize is a 50.00 gift card from Active Endeavors), fun Ice Breaker Activity to get to know our club members better, lots of free raffle giveaway items for our members and their guests, the election of our 2026 board members, 4 different raffles, and the Announcement of the Big trip for 2026.

Our Charity of Choice this year is QC PAWS. QCWOC will donate the money collected from raffle tickets minus the cost of the raffle items to them.

We are also going to do a collection for the The Junior League of the Quad Cities’ "The Period Project.” Bring pads and tampons to the meeting. They will be gathered up and donated to The Junior League of the Quad Cities.

This year’s raffles will be 4 packages of similar value. Items split among these packages will be a Solo Stove, a Set of Pickleball Paddles, a North Face Six Person Tent, a Collapsible Wagon, a Coleman Three burner stove, a Lander Lantern with charging hub, a Nomatix camp blanket, a campfire card deck, and a long handled lighter.

You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance and enter them in the raffle of your choice at the Annual Meeting. Winner does NOT need to be present to win!!

• $20.00 for 1 raffle ticket.
• $50.00 for 3 raffle tickets.
• $100.00 for 8 raffle tickets.

 Please bring your cell phone to the meeting, it will be needed to participate in a group activity.

HOW TO REGISTER GUESTS: 

1. Register yourself.
2. Register again, one time for each guest using 
      YOUR information and YOUR Q code. 
      (This will be your name, address, email address, Q code, etc. Just as if you are registering for yourself.)
3. Text or email the name(s) of your guest(s) to Kellie Godwin, 309-716-2998, kellie.g@icloud.com.
