Geneseo High School is limited to 10 teams each day.

High School - up to 8 players

All teams must register online at sethernstsoccerslam.org and pay with a credit/debit card. A late fee will be applied for registrations past the due date, entry fee is $30/player plus handling fee. Included in your $30 is a guaranteed 3 games, two rounds of our Six Shot and Speed Shot Contests, a Seth Ernst Soccer Slam T-Shirt (Gildan brand which runs true to size) along with LOTS of FUN!

* Teams not registering through the website will be assessed a larger entry fee and not guaranteed a spot.

IMPORTANT:
*A medical waiver SETH-WAIVER.pdf must be completed online OR completed at Team Check-in.*

ONLY 2 COACHES allowed on the SIDELINES, PLEASE.

Awards will be presented for:

• 1st and 2nd places in each Division
