All teams must register online at sethernstsoccerslam.org and pay with a credit/debit card. A late fee will be applied for registrations past the due date, entry fee is $35/player plus handling fee. Included in your $35 is a guaranteed 3 games, two rounds of our Six Shot and Speed Shot Contests, a Seth Ernst Soccer Slam T-Shirt (Gildan brand which runs true to size) along with LOTS of FUN!

* Teams not registering through the website will be assessed a larger entry fee and not guaranteed a spot.

1st and 2nd places in each Division
