Friday, 1/31 and Friday, 2/28 are only for local teams to play as needed

Team Roster Sizes:
All teams can register up to 8 participants.

All teams must register online at sethernstsoccerslam.org and pay with a credit/debit card. A late fee will be applied for registrations past the due date, entry fee is $30/player plus handling fee. Included in your $30 is a guaranteed 3 games, two rounds of our Six Shot and Speed Shot Contests, a Seth Ernst Soccer Slam T-Shirt (Gildan brand which runs true to size) along with great sportsmanship!!

* Teams not registering through the website will be assessed a larger entry fee and not guaranteed a spot.

IMPORTANT:
A completed medical waiver along with proof of age (player card or copy of birth certificate) must be presented at team check-in.
