Friday, 1/30 and Friday, 2/27 are only for local teams to play as needed.

All teams can register up to 8 participants.

All teams must register online at sethernstsoccerslam.org and pay with a credit/debit card. A late fee will be applied for registrations past the due date, entry fee is $35/player plus handling fee. Included in your $35 is a guaranteed 3 games, two rounds of our Six Shot and Speed Shot Contests, a Seth Ernst Soccer Slam T-Shirt (Gildan brand which runs true to size) along with great sportsmanship!!

* Teams not registering through the website will be assessed a larger entry fee and not guaranteed a spot.

IMPORTANT:
A completed medical waiver along with proof of age (player card or copy of birth certificate) must be presented at team check-in.

Up to 9 awards per team for all teams:

• Sportsmanship Pins (Awarded to One Player on each Team after Every Game)
• Trophy Soccer Balls (Awarded to 1st and 2nd Place Teams in each Age Division)
• Six Shot and Speed Shot Contest Medals (Awarded to the Winners in each Age Division)
