Description: Members and their guests are welcome to attend our Annual Meeting. But guests do need to be registered in www.getmeregistered.com as well as members since there is a cap on this event of 125 women.

o I will be participating in the QCWOC annual photography contest (8 X 10 in simple black frame, 1 entry per person). Photo must have been taken at a QCWOC event sometime during the past 16 years of events.

o I will NOT be participating in the QCWOC annual photography contest.

Our Annual Meeting offers a cash bar, hot and cold appetizers and finger desserts for our members and their guests, lots of great socializing, the opportunity to pick up pre-purchased QCWOC merchandise, our annual photography contest (photo contest prize is $50 gift certificate from Active Endeavors), fun Ice Breaker Activity to get to know our club members better, lots of free raffle giveaway items for our members and their guests, the election of our 2024 board members, and two Big Raffles.

Once we make back the money that our club paid to purchase a Solo Stove and 4 pairs of snowshoes and poles, all additional money collected from our two raffles will be donated to our Charity of Choice this year, which is Youth Hope in Moline, IL.

You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance for a Solo Stove ($345 value) and you do not need to be present at our Annual Meeting to win.

o $20 for 1 raffle ticket for Solo Stove

o $50 for 3 raffle tickets for Solo Stove

o $100 for 8 raffle tickets for Solo Stove

You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance for 4 pairs of Tubbs brand snowshoes and poles valued at $100/set and you do not need to be present at our Annual Meeting to win.

Please do NOT make arrangements on your own with other members as this will take away from those already on the waitlist.
