Description: Members and their guests are welcome to attend our Annual Meeting. But guests do need to be registered in www.getmeregistered.com [1] as well as members since there is a cap on this event of 125 women.

Our Annual Meeting offers a cash bar, free appetizers to our members and their guests, lots of great socializing, the opportunity to pre-purchase QCWOC merchandise, our annual photography contest, lots of free giveaways, two Big Raffles for 7 pairs of snowshoes and an awesome QCWOC t-shirt quilt, the election of our 2023 board members, and the exciting announcement of our QCWOC Little Trip for September 2023.

This year we will have two big raffles for you to participate in. Steph Hageman's mom generously made a QCWOC T-shift Quilt that one of our members will be the lucky winner of. You can purchase your raffle tickets in advance and do not need to be present to win the night of our Annual Meeting.
