Description:
Members and their guests are welcome to attend our Annual Meeting. But guests do need to be registered as well since there is a cap on this event of 125 women.

Masks will be required when you are not eating or drinking. It will be required when you get up to get in line for the appetizer buffet, restroom, etc. There will be a maximum of 6 women at each table.

Our Annual Meeting offers a cash bar, free appetizers, lots of great socializing, the opportunity to purchase all kinds of QCWOC merchandise, our annual photography contest, lots of free giveaways, our Big Raffle for a Brand New Uptown Breezer Hybrid Bike and Helmet ($750 value) from Let’s Ride Bike Shop in Silvis, IL, and the election of our 2022 board members.

The pre-paid merchandise items listed below can be picked up the night of our Annual Meeting.

The beanies are a Sportsman – Fleece Lined 12” cuffed beanie with adjustable cuff. Black and navy beanies are 100% acrylic exterior with 100% polyester fleece lining. Heather charcoal and heather grey beanies are 62/38 polyester exterior with 100% polyester fleece lining

The last date to order a beanie is Friday 12/24/21
