What's Splash & Dash? |
Part of USA Triathlon’s national series, this local swim-run race includes a 100m swim followed by a 1mi run. Super kid friendly and tons of fun, this is our first year hosting a race at Randolph pool! These events fund our free fitness programs which teach core life skills to children in low-opportunity neighborhoods.

Course |
Each Splash & Dash course consists of a 100 m swim followed by a 1 mile run on a safe, fun course. The Randolph swim will take place in the Randolph Pool and run on the 1/2 mile cinder loop surrounding the pool. It is the perfect course!
