What's Splash & Dash? |
Part of USA Triathlon’s national series, this local swim-run race includes a 100m swim followed by a 1mi run. Super kid friendly and tons of fun, this is our first year hosting a race at Hallsley pool! These events fund our free fitness programs which teach core life skills to children in low-opportunity neighborhoods.

Course |
Each Splash & Dash course consists of a 100m swim followed by a 1 mile run on a safe, fun course. The Hallsley course is one of our participants' favorites with a neighborhood feel and run along a rolling paved walking path.
