Course |
- This year's 10 mile and 4mile course will start at the Coralville Res Boat Ramp. (Directly next to the spillway crossing)
- Both races will start with a moderate climb on a snowmobile route and continue on the North Shore Trail.
- Both races consist of an out and back route and include several decent climbs. The course is very similar to previous years with an addition of the snowmobile trail.

These will be long sleeve tri-blend shirts, similar to years past. No shirts are guaranteed with your registration if received after October 1.

There will be post race refreshments.
Trophies will be given for the top male and female overall and 1st through 3rd in 10 year age groups for 4 Mile Run and 10 Mile Run races.
