Course |
The 4 mile course will be a loop style instead of an out and back for 2022. We will start in the Coralville boat ramp area, take the trail from the dam to the beach, run on the road for a bit, and then take the North Snowmobile trail back to the start/finish area. As for the 10 and 20 mile distances, before heading back on the snowmobile trail there will be an out and back on the North Shore trail. The 10 mile will do the loop/out and back once, 20 miles will do it twice.

These will be long sleeve tri-blend shirts, similar to years past. No shirts are guaranteed with your registration if received after September 30.

Awards |
Trophies will be given for the top male and female overall and 1st through 3rd in 10 year age groups for 4 Mile and 10 mile. For the 20 Mile, top 5 male/female. In addition to these awards any runner completing the 20 mile race will also receive a custom finisher medal.
