Event Details

Join us for the 7th annual CASA of West Central Illinois Be a Superhero for Kids Race on Saturday, May 2, 2020. This event will be at Lake Storey Park and will feature a timed 5K as well as a 1 mile “fun run” and walk.

9:00 - 5k
9:15 - 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
10:00 - Awards & Sponsor Recognition

Race Information

  • Registration will be in Shelter #1 (near the Pavilion) beginning at 8 a.m.

  • 5k will be held on the paved trail.

  • 1 mile Fun Run will begin near the softball fields.

  • All pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt on race day.

  • Refreshments will be available.

  • Awards will be given to the fastest 3 male and female 5K finishers.

  • All CASA volunteers and supporters are Superheroes for the children our agency serves. Come dressed as your favorite Superhero and enter our costume contest for the chance to win a prize!

  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver on Race Day.
