The Great North Run is a 10K, 5K & Fun Run through the North Central High School campus and surrounding neighborhoods. The registration fee includes recovery station with food and a fitness fair. All events are open to walkers* and runners. Elementary school children must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or trusted adult.
Start time for the 10K is 9:00 AM - Start time for the 5K is 9:20 AM and Start time for the Fun Run is 9:25 AM
All 10K particpants are timed. 5K participants have the option to be timed or not. Fun Run participants will NOT be timed.
*10K walkers must maintain a minimum pace of 12 minutes per mile or faster.

Friday, March 13
North Central H.S. from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Please use door 1 on northside of build and follow signs to packet pick up site.
Saturday, March 14
North Central H.S. - from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM
Please use east side door 4 for entrance into building.

Gear Check |
A secure gear check is available for all race and fitness fair participants on Saturday. Gear check is located in room L249, in the hallway connecting bib pick up and the Fitness Fair.

Race Day Registration Fees |
- $25.00 - 10K/5K - Non-Student
- $20.00 - Fun Run - Non-Student
- $20.00 - 10K/5K/Fun Run - MSDWT Student
- NO FAMILY REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY
Must maintain a 12 minute mile for the 10K

Parking |
Please use the eastside lot of North Central H.S. you may also use Northview Middle School on the west side of NCHS (approx. 1/4 mile).
All parking is FREE.

Give money directly back to your school! |
A portion of every registration will be given directly back to your designated school. The more registrations a school has the larger the check will be!

Shirts |
Shirts are not included in registration and should be purchased separately. Shirt orders must be placed by NOON on March 9th. No shirts will be shipped and must be picked up during Packet Pick-Up.
