Staff will pull your activity from Walker Tracker from 9/28 to see if you completed a minimum of 7,000 steps that day.

7:30 - 5K and 1 mile walk

FREE to all MoDOT, MSHP, MPERS employees and eligible dependents of the Medical Plan.This event is not open to the public. Since the event is free, donations to the Missouri 10-33 Benevolent Fund are encouraged.

Register by September 5 to guarantee you will receive a FREE dri-fit t-shirt and chip timing for the 5K.

Chip timing services provided by Ultramax Sports.
Medals will be given out to the first three finishers in each age group. <19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50-59.

Early bird pick-up will be Thursday, September 26 OR packet pick-up and registration will be available race day, September 28, at 6:45 a.m.
A wavier must be signed by each race participant. Download a waiver at www.modot.org/total-wellness and bring it with you to packet pick-up.
