Participant Bag Insert Program |
The Participant Bag is your opportunity to get your product and/or information directly into the
hands of each participant. Indy Women’s Half Marathon Participant Bags will be distributed to
all individuals registered for the half marathon and 5K. Volunteers will receive bags as well.
All items to be inserted should fit within certain size specifications listed below. If the item is
paper material, the item should be sized 8.5” x 11” or less. If the item is a product or sample,
please keep within a reasonable size. If you have any questions about a product sample size
please email the Race Director at todd@carmelmarathon.com.
The Participant Bag Insert Program requests that an image of the sample be sent to
todd@carmelmarathon.com for approval. Products, applications and checks should be sent to:
