McKenzie Brown is the youngest daughter of Brian and Bonnie Brown. This sweet little girl is only two years old and has been diagnosed with ALL leukemia. At Mckenzie's routine 2 year old check up on Tuesday 10/3/2017 Brian and Bonnie were told that Mckenzie's iron level was extremely low. They were immediately sent to the University of Iowa Children's Hospital where she was hooked up to IV's and blood transfusions were started. Lab work was done and within a couple of hours they received the news no parent ever wants to hear... Your child has cancer. She has since started chemotherapy and it is expected to last 2 1/2 years! As a community, we are working together to help the Brown Family by raising funds to help pay the incoming bills due to the treatments. Along with raising money we hope to bring fun as well! Come have fun while running or walking with McKenzie, her sisters Mikaela, Madilyn and Maleah and parents Brian & Bonnie!

Registrations Due by April 13th to be guaranteed a shirt. Otherwise registration is open till 8:45 the morning of the race.

5K Runners age group winners: Awards will be given to top 3 finishers in each of the following age groups for female & male.
18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and over.

1K Runners age group winners: Trophies will be given to top 3 finishers in each of the following age groups for female & male.
Ages 0-4, 5-8 & 9-12.

5K & 1K Race Location & Course: Race starts and finishes in Courtyard Park in Central City. Course is on the trail in Central City into Pinicon Ridge Park. (1K doesn’t go into the park).

Packet Pickup/Registration: Saturday, May 5th 7:30am - 8:45am
