Event begins with a 275 yard heated pool Swim, then a 12 mile Bike, and finishes with a 3.1 mile Run.

11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Packet pick-up & Race Day Registration
11:30 am - 12:00 am: New Tri-Athlete Orientation (optional, meet on pool deck)
12:00 pm: Pool opens for warm up
12:45 pm: Pre-Race meeting at swim start (YMCA Pool)
1:00 pm: Race start
3:30 pm: Awards presentation

We are NOT USAT sanctioned, however USAT rules will be used as guideline for race rules.
