Swim: 275 yard indoor pool, individual wave start

Bike: 12 miles, out and back; mostly flat, on city streets with traffic and country road surrounded by fields, 1 overpass

Run: 3.1 miles, out and back, flat on city streets with traffic, and running trail.

11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Packet pick-up & Race Day Registration
11:30 am - 12:00 am: New Tri-Athlete Orientation (optional, meet on pool deck)
12:00 pm: Pool opens for warm up
12:45 pm: Pre-Race meeting at swim start (YMCA Pool)
1:00 pm: Race start
3:30 pm: Awards presentation

Helmets are required. We are NOT USAT sanctioned, however USAT rules will be used as guideline for race rules. For a complete listing of rules, go to USAT’s Rule Book.

Take I-7 to exit 190B for Mattoon. Go west on Charleston Avenue to 16th Street and turn right. Go two blocks north. The Y will be on your left at 221 North 16th Street

Championchip 24/7 will provide timing and results for all events. Race results will be posted at the Y, at www.championchip247.net and www.mattoonymca.org.
