7:15 AM - $30 Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-Up
8:00 AM - 5K & 10K
9:00 AM - 5K awards
9:30 AM - 10K awards
10:30 AM - Pub Tour on Bicycles

Course:

• Race will start and finish at the Cedar Lake Loop in Cedar Rapids, IA.
  
• Runners, walkers, wheelchairs or wheelchair racers are welcome.
  
• The run route is a flat paved surface.
  
• The bike route will be from Sag Wagon, to The Kickstand, the New Shack Tavern, to Jersey's (Iowa game will be playing), to Lion Bridge, and then back to Sag Wagon for a total of about 15 miles. Riders can do as little or as much of the ride as they like.
  
• Parking will be on Shaver Rd NE.
  
• Snacks and beverages will be available before, during, and after the race.

Proceeds Benefit:
Willis Dady Emergency Shelter. Willis Dady's mission is to provide shelter and prevention services to the homeless and near-homeless with the vision of empowering clients to break the cycle of homelessness and become self-sufficient.

T-shirt Pick Up & Race Day Registration:
Packet Pick Up: Friday September 15th at Sag Wagon 6PM - 8PM
Race packets will be available for pick up beginning at 7:15 AM the day of the race.
TO GUARANTEE T-SHIRT AND/OR SIZE IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 10.

Chip-timing:
This race will optionally be chip-timed. If you'd like to know your official time, see your results listed with the other participants, and be eligible for a medal, please select "yes" (default) for chip-timing when you register. If you don't want to know your official time (e.g. just want to walk for fun), feel free to check "no."

Awards:

• Trophies to overall Male and Female winner (5K & 10K)
  
• Medals top 3 in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (5K & 10K)
  
• 5K walk: winner in each age group.
