I understand that running or walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity, and I hereby certify that I am medically able and physically trained and fit to participate in this event. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official as to my ability to safely complete the event, and I voluntarily and knowingly assume and accept all risks associated with participation in this event. Having read and understood this waiver and release, and in consideration of your accepting this entry, I, for myself and anyone legally entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive, release and discharge The Martha Fund and all Martha’s Run sponsors, volunteers, advisors representatives, agents, employees, successors and/or assigns, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Martha’s Run Events.
