Waiver and Release

I, the undersigned, assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur during participation and while I am on the premises of this event. I attest and verify the risks associated and I assume those risks and will pay my own medical and emergency expenses. I hereby release and hold all persons and entities associated with the event from any and all injuries or damage.

I release the rights to any and all photographic material and computer information the NTMC Foundation may wish to release for this event without obligation to me. Information will not be sold or distributed to a third party not involved with this event.
