In consideration of being permitted to participate the Rotary Fun Run, I agree to release and discharge the Rotary Club of Boone, it's officers, members, sponsors, volunteers, or other representatives or their successors and assigns of any and all liabilities or any injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever claimed or suffered by me or my dog associated with my participation in the event, including but not limited to all actions and causes of action, bonds, covenants, contracts, agreements, judgments, costs, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, known or unknown for. This release shall constitute a binding obligation upon me, my legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns. I further attest that I am physically fit, as is my dog and I have sufficiently trained for this event.
