By signing the box below, I agree, warrant and covenant as follows: In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, assume all risk of injury, harm or damage to myself or others arising from my participation in this event, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless any sponsor(s); their agent and assigns; the University of Washington; UW Bothell and its organized clubs, groups and classes; Orswell Events, LLC, and any and all persons or entities associated with this event, against any liability, actions, claims and damages of any kind whatsoever arising from my participation. I attest and verify that I am physically fit, and have sufficiently trained for completion of the event and have full knowledge to all the foregoing to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. If participant is under the age of eighteen years, I certify that the child has permission to participate, is in good physical condition and that officials may authorize emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness. I agree to return any timing devices assigned to me or pay to replace the device.
