I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns waive any and all rights for damages against the Omaha Running Club, the RRCA, any official or any sponsor. This includes rights of and from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action, whether by law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the said event, whether as a participant, competitor or otherwise; whether prior to, during or subsequent to the event. I further certify that I am physically fit to participate in the event. I agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations for the prevention of the spread of the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and other communicable diseases By signing this form I acknowledge I have read, understand and agree to the above waiver and indemnity.
