Please enter me in the Reagan Run. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators , and assignees, I do hereby release and discharge Dixon Main Street, Shaw Newspapers, Dixon Park District, the City of Dixon, Petunia Festival, the Dixon Armory and any other sponsors, supporters and property owners for all claims and damages, demands, actions whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in the Reagan Run. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. Bib numbers not transferable. Entry fees not refundable.
