In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I intending to be legally bound hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have or that may hereafter accrue to me against the City of DeWitt, Iowa, and any City of DeWitt official and/or volunteers, sponsors, managers, and operators associated with the event I am entering for any injuries incurred by me during, because of, or in travel to or from the Paul Skeffington Memorial Race.
