UPDATE: Change to Timing

Greetings all. Due to certain COVID protocols, Precision Race Results will not be timing the event in the manner originally planned. Precision Race Results will instead provide a large visual timer that will be visible upon concluding the run/walk. We apologize for the change. COVID safety considerations remain at the forefront of our event.

If anyone has questions, please send us a note funrun@omaha.afceachapters.org and we’ll get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Our chapter remains committed to improving the STEM posture within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan area. If you want to learn more about the STEM issue, please click here.

Proceeds

The Greater Omaha Chapter of AFCEA organizes the Steps for STEM 5K Run/Walk event. Funds from this event are used to support the chapter’s continuing STEM Scholarships and STEM Grants program supporting students and teachers in the Omaha Metropolitan area. Past years have helped dozens of students advance in STEM fields as well as provided materials to foster STEM learning in area classrooms. This year we look forward to helping dozens more students and teachers. You can help by taking part in this year's run or making a personal donation to our chapter’s education fund!
