BOILER UP for the 9th Annual Purdue Boilermaker Virtual Half-Marathon & 5K, presented by Franciscan Health! This virtual event can be run anywhere between October 1 - 31.

Finisher medals will limited to the first 400 registrants in the Half-Marathon, and 325 in the 5k. Updates will be made to this page when medals have sold out.

We will offer Packet Pickup options, and also shirt/medal mailing. See PACKET PICKUP and SHIRT & MEDAL MAILING sections below.

Whether you are a Purdue alum, student, fan, or have no affiliation to the school at all, the Purdue Boilermaker Virtual Half-Marathon & 5k is a must-do this fall!

Please Note: All registrants who had originally registered for the in-person event have been automatically be switched to the Virtual event, where you can submit your own times, starting October 1st. Refunds/deferments will not be offered.

This virtual event is intended to be completed on your own time and along any route of your choosing from October 1st - 31st.

Please be aware of your surroundings, use running trails or sidewalks if possible, use crosswalks when crossing roads, and obey traffic laws as you are not participating on a closed course.

The official event courses are NOT approved for 2020. Please use your own route that is safe.

Shirts
---Half-marathon participants will receive a high quality, long sleeve, tech shirt.
---5k participants will receive a great looking long sleeve, cotton shirt.

We will host two (2) in-person Packet Pickups this fall, where you can retrieve your shirt and finisher medal.

Only NON-STUDENTS are eligible to receive this 10% discount code for the 2021 event! (PU students already receive a 10% discount).

Packet Pickup #1 - Friday, October 30
--- Time - 9am - 6pm
--- Location - St. Thomas Aquinas Center* (535 W. State Street, West Lafayette)
--- Use street parking, where available. Be aware of Permit Only and No Parking signs.

* Our tent will be set up on the NE corner of St. Thomas.

Packet Pickup #2 - Saturday, November 14
--- Time - 9am - 6pm
--- Location - Lafayette Family YMCA** (3001 S. Creasy Lane, Lafayette)
--- Use the YMCA parking lot

You will have the ENTIRE month of October to complete the distance and submit your time! Starting October 1st, there will be an option at the top of this page to submit your time for the half-marathon or 5k. Simply enter your e-mail address, your time, and VOILA!

There will not be awards offered this year, but we can't wait to hear how you do!
