In consideration of my entry, I intend to be legally bound, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administers, to waive release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may hereinafter accrue to me against the officials of the run, the Fulton Presbyterian Church, and the City of Fulton and all sponsors for any and all accidents or injuries incurred by me at this event and while traveling to and from this event. I am aware that participating in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, and conditions of the road. I further state that I have trained adequately and am in suitable athletic condition to compete in the race I have entered on March 8, 2025.
